This snuffle mat is so much better than the felt mats found elsewhere. It's sturdy and well made and my dog loves it. She uses 2-3 times daily. We even washed it and it cleaned easily and is still holding up wonderfully. I cannot recommend this snuffle mat highly enough. I also have a quick tip for first time snufflers. We used to hold it down when she used it so she didn't try to use it as a toy when she was done eating it. After three or four meals she got the idea. Now she has no issue using it as intended.

I can’t say enough good things about this snuffle mat! We love it! My pug loves to root around in the grass, so I thought this might work for her, despite reading that snuffle mats may not work for bracycephalic dogs. She does not have a problem. Meal time has gone from under a minute to 12-15 minutes, depending on how well I bury the kibble in the May. She has not tried picking up and shaking the mat at all, and she is very thorough- no kibble left behind! Quality is excellent! I haven’t washed it yet, but I am not worried about it holding up. The mat is nice and thick, the tentacles are long enough to present a challenge for my dog, and everything is securely stitched together. For maximum mealtime, I distribute the kibble all around the mat, in the “channels” between rows of tentacles.
